These reports are designed to encompass a wide range of attendance-related metrics, providing valuable insights into the patterns and trends of attendance within the institution. They are designed to cater to the needs of both administrators and stakeholders, allowing them to make informed decisions and take appropriate actions based on attendance data.


Through the Campus 365 platform, users can effortlessly generate reports that include attendance percentages, individual attendance records, class-wise attendance summaries, and even employee attendance reports. These reports can be customised based on specific time periods, such as daily, weekly, monthly, or even semester-wise, depending on the requirements of the users.


By having access to these comprehensive attendance reports, administrators can identify patterns of irregular attendance, track student and employee performance, assess the effectiveness of teaching strategies, and even take timely intervention measures to improve overall attendance rates.


Furthermore, these attendance reports can also be utilised for regulatory and compliance purposes, as they provide documented evidence of attendance for audits or other official requirements. There are eight different kinds of attendance reports available, as follows:

  1. Subject-Wise Monthly Report: This report makes things clearer by providing a calendar perspective of the students' attendance in relation to a certain subject
  2. Employee Attendance: The employee's attendance can be checked in a report format that can be downloaded and extracted for any time period
  3. Employee Attendance Overview: You can review the attendance of the employees based on a given day
  4. Live Class Monthly Attendance: A monthly attendance report for students could be downloaded
  5. Live Class Attendance by Date: You can download a live report on student attendance by date
  6. Teacher's Live Class Report: This report will give you an indication of the number of teachers who taught live lessons throughout the day or within the period you chose
  7. Hostel Attendance Report: This report provides an overview of attendance records associated with specific hostels and their corresponding room numbers
  8. Library Attendance Report: This report provides an overview of attendance records associated with library check-in and check-out
