We recognise that different kinds of fee discounts can be beneficial in various scenarios. When admitting students, we provide the option to assign discounts to their fees, ensuring that the financial aspect of education is manageable for everyone.
There are several reasons why fee discounts are important to apply for at our institute:
- Financial Accessibility: Fee discounts enable students from diverse financial backgrounds to access quality education. By offering discounts, we strive to make education affordable and inclusive, ensuring that no student is deprived of learning opportunities due to financial constraints
- Merit Recognition: Fee discounts can be awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance or outstanding achievements in co-curricular activities. These discounts serve as a recognition of their accomplishments and motivate them to continue excelling in their studies

At Campus 365, we believe that fee discounts play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment. By considering the diverse needs of our students and implementing appropriate discounts, we aim to make quality education accessible to all, regardless of their financial circumstances.
To add a new fee discount, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Finance > Fee Setup > Fee Discount
- Click on "Add New Fee Discount" to access the form
- Fill in the relevant details for the new discount, such as the discount name, amount or percentage, and any specific conditions or eligibility criteria (such as description of when that discount could be applied for a student)
- After entering the necessary information, click on the "Save" or "Submit" button to create the new discount
- Once the new discount is saved, you can assign it to students or groups of students
Note: You can only assign a maximum of two discounts to a student (one overall or one headwise).
- To assign the discount to a student, navigate to Finance > Fee Setup > Fee Discount > Assign to Students > Search Student/Students > Select the specific student > Save
- Verify that the discount has been successfully applied by checking the student's fee summary
- Repeat these steps for any additional discounts you wish to add, ensuring that each discount is properly configured and assigned to the relevant students
