Teacher ratings can be helpful for an institute in several ways:

  • Feedback and Improvement: Ratings provide valuable feedback to teachers about their performance, allowing them to identify areas of strength and areas that need improvement. This feedback helps teachers enhance their teaching methods and strategies, leading to better learning outcomes for students
  • Quality Assessment: Teacher ratings enable institutes to assess the quality of their teaching staff. By aggregating and analysing ratings, institutions can identify high-performing teachers who are making a positive impact on student learning. This information can be used for recognition, rewards, and promotions, fostering a culture of excellence within the institute
  • Student Satisfaction: Ratings offer a measure of student satisfaction with their teachers and courses. Positive ratings can serve as a marketing tool for the institute, attracting prospective students who value high-quality education and positive learning experiences
  • Decision-Making: Institutes can use teacher ratings as part of their decision-making process when it comes to faculty assignments, course offerings, and curriculum development. Ratings provide insights into which teachers are most effective in delivering specific subjects or teaching styles, helping to optimise resource allocation and ensure the best possible learning experiences for students
  • Accountability and Transparency: By making teacher ratings accessible to students, parents, and the broader community, institutes demonstrate transparency and accountability. It allows stakeholders to make informed decisions about selecting courses or instructors, fostering trust and confidence in the institute's commitment to quality education

Campus 365 has a feature for rating teachers. This feature is available to students, but only management can see the ratings (SuperAdmin). To check the same, kindly navigate to Dashboard > ERP > Human Resources > Teacher's Rating.
