Online admission forms are necessary for an institute for several reasons:

  • Convenience: Online admission forms provide convenience to both the applicants and the institute. 
  • Time and Cost Efficiency: Online admission forms save time and reduce costs for both applicants and institutes. 
  • Accuracy and Data Integrity: Online admission forms allow for better accuracy and data integrity compared to paper forms. Institutes can set mandatory fields, perform data validation checks, and eliminate errors caused by illegible handwriting or missing information. 
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Online admission forms provide institutes with a structured and standardized format for collecting data. 
  • Eco-Friendly Approach: Online admission forms contribute to environmental sustainability by reducing paper consumption. With paperless forms, there is less reliance on printed materials, resulting in a smaller carbon footprint and reduced waste generation.
  • Security and Privacy: Online admission forms can incorporate secure data transmission and storage protocols to protect applicants' personal information. 

Three online admission forms are available through Campus 365 and may be used whenever and wherever desired. To access these forms, navigate to Dashboard > ERP > Reception Desk > Web forms.

  • Online Admission Form #1- Fixed Fields: Fixed fields that are pre-set on this form are available.
  • Online Admission Form #2- Fixed Fields: This form has fixed fields that are pre-filled with different fields than the first form.
  • Online Admission Form #3-Collect Admission Fee and Customise Fields: This is an editable form that allows the user to add custom fields based on his or her preferences.
