Platform Users is a fantastic feature on the Campus 365 web platform that allows you to limit a user's access to the platform. This module is accessible to users with the Super Admin and Admin roles.
  • Navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Users to prevent a user from accessing the platform. Users are divided into three categories: Students, Parents, and Employees
Note: If SuperAdmin or Admin want to view the user's profile before enabling or disabling that user, simply click on their name, and you will be redirected to their profile.

  • Select the user to whom you want to restrict access and deactivate the toggle button
